Bill Murray doesn't do just any movie. He's notoriously picky. He doesn't do stuff just for the money, he does only the stuff that interests him. That's one of the most intriguing things about Bill starring as a small town law officer in "The Dead Don't Die". Bill has already been a zombie (in Zombieland) so what could attract him to this? My best guess is the dry comedy element, even though most of the punch lines in the trailer go to Star Wars bad guy Adam Driver.
I get the feeling that this movie is Art House meets Grindhouse and if so, it looks like it should be a cult favorite. The rest of the cast is pretty impressive too, including Tilda Swinton, Iggy Pop, Carol Kane, Chloe Sevigny, Selena Gomez, RZA (from the Wu Tang), Steve Buscemi, and more. Have a look:
